From 13 to 15 October the Rolli Days return, celebrating Genoa as the Italian Capital of Books 2023 , to "Browse the history" !.
The initiative created to rediscover and enhance one of the great treasures of the city of Genoa continues in 2023. Extraordinary days to explore the splendid residences of the Genoese aristocracy, built between the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries and magnificently decorated with frescoes, furnishings and paintings by the masters of the time.
Walking through the alleys of the historic center, you can discover the wonders of Renaissance and Baroque Genoa, visiting the buildings that symbolize the wealth and prestige of the time.
It will be possible to visit over 30 buildings in the historic center and some of the suburban villas of the Ponente: the districts of Sampierdarena, Cornigliano, Pegli and Voltri will see their most beautiful homes welcoming thousands of visitors.
Along the way you will discover how the presence of the wealthy and powerful Genoese families changed the structure of the city, the coast and the valleys!!!
