A program that offers a multisensory experience in which food and wine tasting will be complemented by the pleasure of food culture and knowledge of our seas. Twenty-oneTaste Workshops, eight Master of Food courses from the Cookery School, and four Lunch and Dinner Dates with Italian and international food stars will help us discover true good, clean and fair food, combining the pleasure of fine dining with respect for the environment that surrounds us. Our activities for children will have the same aim; namely to ensure they start from an early age to make choices according to their own needs, not to the whims of the market.
It’s an opportunity that offer to adults too in what now deserves to be called our “good food shopping mall”: this year the Slow Fish Market will be enhanced by the presence of 30 or so producers from the Ligurian Earth Markets in Cairo Montenotte and Sarzana. And if you want to find out more, don’t miss the Water Workshops where you’ll be able to hear the stories of women and men engaged every day in improving the Earth we’ll be handing on to future generations.
Last but not least, what with all this shopping and all these meetings, you’ll need to relax at some stage. What better way of doing that than stopping off at the Enoteca for a nice glass of wine and a tasty nibble?
